The next generation of KAEFER professionals

Multiple success for former apprentice Thomas Oldsen

In the summer of this year, Thomas Oldsen completed his training as Bremen's best industrial insulator after a shortened training period of two instead of three years. This qualified him for participation in the German Industrial Insulator Championship, which took place in November at the Training Centre of the German Construction Industry in Hamm. In a field of very strong competitors Thomas won a great 3rd place. Congratulations!

On December 9th, Thomas Oldsen will also be honoured by the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Berlin as the best insulation technician and industrial insulator in Germany. This is the first time at KAEFER that an apprentice has received this award for both professions.

Not enough honour, Thomas Oldsen has now been invited by the Federal Minister for Education & Research, Anja Karliczek, to a breakfast at the Federal Ministry on December 10th, together with Head of Training Marc-André Kujau, because of his success.

Congratulations on these remarkable achievements from the entire KAEFER family, we are glad to have Thomas with us.
