The Managing Director of KAEFER in the UK, Ian Tattersall, signed the Time to Change Employer Pledge, a commitment to change how we think and act about mental health at every level of KAEFER Ltd.
One in four of us will experience a mental health problem and 9 in 10 say they have faced negative treatment from others as a result. By choosing to be open about mental health, we are all part of a movement that’s changing the conversation around mental health and ensuring that no one is made to feel isolated or alone for having a mental health problem.
Over the next year, our British colleagues will take part in various events & campaigns to help end the stigma currently surrounding mental health and prove that we are an understanding and approachable employer. They plan to roll out mental health awareness training and are already planning their activities for Time to Talk Day on 1st February 2018.
