	KAEFER-Group acquires Polish TERMOIZOLACJA- HOLDING S.A. After a majority takeover KAEFER Isoliertechnik GmbH & Co. KG, Bremen now owns over 75 % of the TERMOIZOLACJA-HOLDING S.A. in Zabrze (Poland). The TERMOIZOLACJA-HOLDING S.A. is Poland's most experienced, leading insulation enterprise, with over 650 employees and annual sales amounting to some 12 million €. They have gathered experience in the export business for over 30 years and have carried out extensive work as a sub-contractor in Western Europe; they also have a good image as a quality supplier and a specialist in the insulation of large boilers. TERMOIZOLACJA-HOLDING S.A. is the only insulation enterprise in Poland with an engineering department of its own which is capable of managing large insulation projects. Thanks to its well-developed internal training system the company has a highly qualified staff at its disposal. TERMOIZOLACJA offers the following services: - Industrial insulation - Façades - Scaffolding - Industrial painting - Fire protection - Cable heating - Fire-proof walls "The acquisition of TERMOIZOLACJA is a further important step towards the internationalization of the KAEFER Group, over 50% of whose returns are obtained in foreign countries," says Peter Hoedemaker, managing director of the KAEFER Group. With more than 5,000 employees in over 25 countries, the sales of the KAEFER-Group amounted to 525 million € in 2001
