	KAEFER holds majority of shares in the Australian BAINS HARDING KAEFER Isoliertechnik GmbH & Co. KG, Bremen, invested further in BAINS HARDING Ltd. and holds majority of shares in the company after a capital increase. BAINS HARDING is the most important insulation company in Australia holding 50% of shares in the Australian insulation market. BAINS HARDING had a turnover of appr. 55 Million DM last year and employs 340 persons. BAINS HARDING operates in following fields of work : - Industrial insulation - Asbestos Removal - PIR-Technology (polyisocyanurate resin) - GRE-Preinsulation (Polyester for external coatings) - Scaffolding - Industrial painting - Fire protection - Construction of air ducts BAINS HARDING is the only insulation company in Australia to operate all over the country through a network of offices in all Australian mainland States. In Malaysia BAINS HARDING operates through a regional office located in Bintulu, where there is a PIR-foam production plant.
