Bremen, 14.07.2006.
The takeover of two suppliers to the aviation industry has firmly positioned the Bremen KAEFER Group in the aviation sector. Today in Altenburg-Nobitz (Thuringia) KAEFER acquired KTN Kunststofftechnik Nobitz GmbH. Last year saw the company OLUTEX in Seifhennersdorf, Saxony, join the Group.

Halifax, Nova Scotia – PARKER KAEFER has chosen Atlantic Canada as the home base for its new multi-discipline contracting firm. PARKER KAEFER will operate in the region as a specialized service contractor for the oil and gas energy sectors and will provide a full spectrum of technology and services relating to insulation & cladding, surface protection systems, access management, and associated design & engineering services.

  Jörn M. Fetköter – new national managing director
As of July 1, 2004, Jörn M. Fetköter will join the executive staff at KAEFER Isoliertechnik GmbH & Co. KG, Bremen. As the successor to Stephan K. Radermacher, who has left KAEFER to work for the HDW-Group, Fetköter will be in charge of the German operative business, working alongside Peter Hoedemaker, who will continue to supervise foreign business activities and Nobert Schmelzle, who, as head of the executive staff, performs all “holding functions”.
  KAEFER Group wins major contract in the world's northernmost city
On October 1st, Statoil awarded KAEFER IKM in Norway, in collaboration with Aker Stord and Aker Kvaerner Elektro, the Snøhvit gas fields hook-up contract for a new LNG plant at Melkøya, a small island near Hammerfest.
