2 Systems - 1 Target - KAEFER Shipbuilding and PUREN

	KAEFER Shipbuilding has widened their competence for highly-sophisticated outfitting solutions on yacht and cruise liner interior: From your experience you may expect an affecting sound reproduction only from a magnitude of big and small loudspeakers, more or less visibly scattered in the room. KAEFER Shipbuilding and PUREN however combined their product lines to a symbiosis with first class sound that entirely eliminates old fashioned visible speaker arrangements, thus would be ideal for top-class interior finishes, as desired on mega-yachts. With great appreciation the system – the combination of LOLAMAT® and purSonic soundboards – was already presented on the Hamburg Sea Trade SMM 2004 integrated in a prefabricated cabin. The visitors could not only listen to the excellent sound result, but also become aware of the functional realization of that system: The purSonic soundboards can be assembled completely and concealed in walls, ceilings, behind paintings, mirrors, tiles, etc. using the innovative LOLAMAT® wall and ceiling panel. LOLAMAT® was especially developed for the demands in interior outfitting of cruise liners and mega-yachts. The light weight panels are a fibre glass reinforced sandwich-construction. The components consist of inorganic material (Sorel-cement / mineral wool) and are therefore non-combustible. All systems are tested and approved according to IMO/SOLAS requirements. The purSonic soundboards – compared to ordinary loudspeaker – are invisible and have an overall uniform sound distribution with a wide angle of reflection (>120°). Based on their enclosed structure and the design, the soundboards are using the structure-borne sound excitation. Due to this effect the audibility of the brilliant sound is almost guaranteed throughout the entire room. The features of the purSonic soundboards and LOLAMAT® panels gives a perfect match of low weight, great stiffness, non-combustibility as well as a supreme sound. The combination of the purSonic sound system with the versatile LOLAMAT® panel opens a nearly unlimited range of applications! Surface materials and structures in private accommodation or public area create a perfect visual and audible symbiosis with almost unlimited options for interior design. PurSonic soundboards in LOLAMAT® panels give an excellent 3-D-sound quality without negative influence of the interior design.
