The pre-treatment of surfaces offshore often requires special tools. Conventional sandblasting or a combination of sand and water often causes problems for rotating equipment and drain systems. In these areas we use ultra-high-pressure pumps up to 2,500 bar to strip old paint and remove dirt and grease from the surface. This ensures a clean and sound surface for applying new paint.

Our crew are specially trained and certified to handle this equipment. The safety specifications for these operations are very high and the safety equipment is specially designed for the purpose of withstanding these high pressures.
