Insulation thickness calculator application is not running?

If you cannot see the calculation applet, please check the following:

  • Please check if you can see the applet "Your Java is working" on
    this test page
  • If it is not shown please install Java at your system.

For Internet Explorer users it might be necessary to follow this instructions:

  • Java must be enabled in Internet Explorer. Click "Tools" -> "Internet Options". Select the Advanced Tab, and scroll down to "Java (Sun)". Check the box next to the Java version
  • ActiveX must be activated. Click here for instructions.
