 Jörn M. Fetköter will leave the KAEFER-Group as of 31.12.2011. GEC Member Philipp Dalheimer will become new Member of the Board of Directors.
 

Bremen, 27th December 2011. With effect of 31st December 2011 Mr. Jörn M. Fetköter will leave the KAEFER Group. This decision to further optimize the executive management structure has been taken by the advisory board in its December 2011 session.

Mr. Philipp Dalheimer (44) has been appointed as new Member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Dalheimer has joined KAEFER in 1998. He became Member of the Group Executive Committee in 2008 after several years as Managing Director of KAEFER in France as well as Regional Director.

Mr. Karsten Gudmundset (50) has been nominated as member of the Group Executive Committee as from January 1st 2012. The Group Executive Committee (GEC) is responsible for the strategy and the operational business of the Group. Mr. Gudmundset joined KAEFER in 2004. Since 2007 he is Managing Director of KAEFER ENERGY in Norway and additionally since 2008 he acts as Director of the Region Americas and the Division Offshore. Karsten Gudmundset brings in many years of experience in the Oil- and Gas-Industry, particularly in the Offshore Business.

Mr. Peter Hoedemaker will continue to chair the Board of Directors and the Group Executive Committee.
